We ship all products direct from the USA (Wilmington , Delaware) and offer guaranteed landed costs for all musical equipment and accessories purchased and shipped from the AudioBuy.com.sg website. All items sold on the AudioBuy Singapore website are covered under Singaporean consumer law and Credit Card Buyer Protection. All items sold are returned or replaced if they arrive damaged or experience manufacturer defects during our 1 year warranty period.
All imported musical instruments into Singapore are not subject to duty. Generally, all goods imported into Singapore are subject to GST whether they are dutiable or not. GST is calculated on the CIF value plus the duty payable (if any) at the point of importation. The current GST rate is 7%. Products of a total value not exceeding SGD 400 on the CIF value may be imported without payment of duty and/or GST.
Billing & Shipping Information
If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorisation (not a charge). This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. After your order is placed on the AudioBuy website , we will confirm your entire order is in stock and ready to ship. Prior to order shipment we will then proceed to bill or "charge" your credit or debit card for the order total.
In the event where your entire order is not in stock , we will not charge your credit or debit card. You will be notified by email or phone if your order is not in stock and given the option to either cancel your order or wait for your order to be shipped once stock arrives. Note : If we do not have an item in stock , it generally takes one(1) week to order in and dispatch.
To avoid ordering item(s) which are not readily in stock , please contact us before checking out to request stock availability and/or arrival times for the products you are interested in purchasing from our website. AudioBuy Singapore list and bill all prices in Singapore Dollars ($SGD). There are no currency conversion costs or hidden cross-border fees. The total price (SGD) you see in your shopping cart is the total amount which will be authorised to your credit or debit card.
Fraudulent Orders & Unauthorised Credit Card Payments
All credit card payments are screened and verified before we are able to dispatch your order - this security measure is in place to ensure the transaction has been authorised by the card owner. Under no circumstances do we process card payments which are unauthorised. Unauthorised credit card payments will be reversed immediately to the credit card used to complete the transaction.

Unlike many retailers' policies , there is no minimum amount you must purchase in order to qualify for our free international shipping deal (excludes large and/or heavy packages exceeding 500 pounds such as large amplifiers, large sized digital pianos and combo amplifiers). You may opt out of our standard shipping rates for over-sized items to organise you own freight arrangements. Most heavy weight items such as electric/acoustic guitars , amplifiers and digital pianos do not incur additional shipping charges at checkout.
If you have an order in pending status with AudioBuy which requires urgent attention - Please include the word 'Urgent' in the subject line of your email. This will ensure your enquiry is pushed to the top of our response queue and you can expect a reply within 12 hours.
PayPal Checkout & Billing
Paypal checkout will display the total order value in your local currency after your billing information has been entered. If you are using a credit card , debit card or funding source issued in Singapore - Paypal will display the order value in Singapore Dollars (SGD) before billing your card. During Paypal checkout , your order total will be shown in USD currency before your billing information has been entered.
AudioBuy Singapore securely process all online card payments with Paypal. Due to the buyer protection offered by Paypal , most of our Singaporean and international customers choose to checkout via Paypal to be covered under Paypal's buyer protection policy. At this time we do not accept the following payment methods : Western Union , Bank Wire , Cheques. AudioBuy Singapore securely process all online credit card payments through Paypal and accept Visa , MasterCard , American Express and Discover cards as well as Diners Club , JCB and the NAMM Music Money Card. Order updates and general information will be posted to your messages area inside of your 'AudioBuy.com.sg' account. All items shipping to Singapore are picked up by the USPS , Fedex or DHL mail service - upon entry into Singapore your parcel is then transferred to SingPost (Singapore Post) for final delivery.
Electrical Products / Voltage Compatability
Electronic products listed on the AudioBuy Singapore website are shipped from the USA. Depending on the product , its operating voltage will either be 110VAC or 100-240VAC for global use. Most manufacturers of electronic items set their products to operate at all voltages (100-240VAC) while some manufacturers such as 'Marshall Amplifiers' manufacture 110VOLT units inside the American market.
*Most of the products listed on the AudioBuy Singapore website operate at 100-240VAC which will function correctly in Singapore. However , some products we ship to Singapore are set to operate at 110VOLT which may require a step down transformer or fuse change in order to function correctly in your country. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions related to the operating voltage of any electronic product.
If your order has not shipped and you require a refund , please contact us and we will process your refund within 2 business days. We encourage all customers to contact us for refund requests as bank/paypal disputes may take some time to investigate and process on their end.
AudioBuy Singapore does not collect sales tax for any purchases made from outside the state of Delaware (United States Of America).
Undeliverable International Items
Some large and heavy items are not eligible for international shipping and we suggest that you check with us before placing your order if your item may fall into one of these categories: Many items with the exception of some large speakers and large format mixers are able to be shipped internationally.
International Shipping Returns & Exchanges
All international customers will be responsible for shipping costs involved in returning product back to our premises for store credits or item replacements. If you have questions about our international shipping policies please contact us before you make your purchase.

We try to ensure that in-stock orders are processed within 48 hours of the order being placed, but some circumstances may prevent this (IE. Stat Holidays). We ship all orders as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking information. All delivery times listed are measured in Business Days, meaning Monday-Friday.
After finalizing your order for any downloadable product you'll receive an activation key via email. This email will include a product link and directions for downloading (Credit approval may take up to a 24 hours).

Are there warranties on my purchase?
All items are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty repair and tech support applies to all merchandise which has developed a manufacturer defect during it's application and will not be covered under mis-use or incorrect application of it's intended use. How do I track my order?
Once an order has been shipped, we send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. Click on the tracking link in the email to follow the location of the package on the carrier's website. If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information, please contact us. Local orders ship UPS , international orders are handled by USPS Express and USPS Priority depending on the size and value of your purchase.
How much is shipping?
All products listed on our website include free shipping. Upgrade options are available such as Fedex or Next Day Air and can be calculated by contacting us. Advertised pricings on our website include free international shipping serviced by USPS/UPS/FEDEX.
Do you price match?
If you see a lower price from a reputable company, please contact us and we will attempt to match or beat it! 'AudioBuy.com.sg' adhere to Minimum Advertised Pricing but we are able to offer a lower price over the phone or through emails. Please contact us with the product name and supporting documentation the item is listed on another website at a lower price.
What if I want to return an item for a full refund?
We want to provide a great worry-free shopping experience for our customers, so we do offer a return policy. If it is within 30 days of the item being delivered, please contact us to request an RMA for refund. We do charge a standard 15% restocking fee (EXCLUDING defective, damaged, and DOA items). We do NOT charge a restocking fee if you choose to exchange or apply the purchase price into another purchase. Defective/DOA items can be exchanged for a new working unit, or a full refund. We do NOT accept any returns, exchanges or refunds for any books, and/or any OPENED software or CD/DVDs, mouthpieces, and harmonicas.
A Gift Voucher works similar to an EFTPOS card and can be loaded with a nominated value between $10 and $1,000. You can Buy a gift voucher online by contacting ASM (message form below). Our friendly staff will then load your gift voucher with the dollar value of your choice and it's ready to go!
We ship USPS to international customers. The standard shipping methods for international customers are USPS Priority and USPS Express. These services include tracking details and will be in transit 4-9 business days in most cases. Depending on the size dimensions and value of your consignment we ship either USPS Priority or USPS Express. When you receive tracking information, it may not reflect activity for up to 24-48 hours on the USPS.com website as their system updates.
We accept approved Purchase Orders from institutional, educational and nonprofit accounts. Please contact us for more information. All purchase orders are subject to verification and credit approval. If you're a New York based non-profit organization that qualifies for sales-tax exemption, please contact us for assistance with your order.
Due to manufacturer restrictions , we are limited in what we can ship outside of the United States. Please contact us to find out if the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped internationally.
